Made my appt. Called to check on it & was told they hadn’t gotten to & would need to schedule again, after they had the car five hours. Scheduled again. Took in at 7:30am. Called to check on it & schedule our other car, got recording. Left message. They called back after 2:30 & said they wouldn’t have it done by 5. I asked what had been done, answer was “nothing”. When Jim owned this business it was great. Will NEVER GO BACK. Not professional. Waste of time.

We picked up a project car, 1986 Mercedes 560SL that had been sitting in the garage for almost 20 years occasionally being started and driven around the block. We had it towed into Silver Star Imports not knowing really what to expect. Michael kept us advised all along the way with recommendations and updates. He returned a vehicle to us that performed nothing like what we dropped off to him. His passion for older Mercedes is second to none. Our vehicle was returned in top running condition and under budget. Silver Start Imports will always be our \Go-To Service Center\.
Cannot say enough good things about the customer service at Silver Star!! I also appreciate how quickly he got my car in. An extremely fair and trustworthy business. I will definitely be coming back for any future work I need on my car!
Thanks Silver Star Imports for the great service. Michael & his Tech repaired the suspension on my SL600, which is no easy task evidently since I looked for a reputable repair on the far SW side of OKC and couldnt find one to take on the project! Im happy we took it to Edmond! Michael repaired the suspension and one other huge project, then a couple smaller ones. I believe his final invoice to me was 80% of what a dealer would charge, plus the great personal contact and experience, thanks Michael!
I had a car transmission checked here recently, and they had good prices and services. I was very impressed!! Michael was very professional, personable and honest in his assessment of my car. He didn't try to gouge me on the price of the car service.
