I ordered my son's letter jacket from them 9 months ago. After 6 months and no word, I called and they had no record of our order. They did however cash my deposit check of 125.00 on January 6, 2014. I provided them proof of our order and the check and they then said that it went to another school so they would track it down. After another 3 weeks of no word from them, I called and they said that the order was never placed!!! Once again, I had to show proof of deposit and order. They said it would take 5 more weeks and by then it had been 8 months. When I mentioned this to the office manager, she said that even if we had the jacket he couldn't wear it because it was hot!!! Seriously?! 3 more weeks pass by and I get email that if I pay more it would be ready! I did and then 3 more weeks go by and nothing! I call AGAIN and they say I owe. NO I DID NOT. THEY HAD ALREADY CASHED MY PAYMENTS! The office manager hung up on me when I got upset. Any sane adult would have done the same thing after 9 months!!!! Finally got hold of owner and they finally found the receipt of payment. Rudest people in business and their records keeping if obviously horrible!!! Do not use this business. Filed complaint with Better Business Bureau!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1111

Ordered announcements for my daughter's HS graduation. We made a special note on the order form to pay attention to the spelling of her name. Of course they got it wrong. We followed procedure and returned the cards to be reprinted. Waited 3 weeks, nothing. Called and got a very rude person on the other end. They promised the cards were going to ship on Monday and would be here Thursday. No cards on Thursday. I called again and asked to speak to manager. He assured me it was the printers fault and that they would be shipped on Friday and would be here Saturday. He lied. He also gave me his cell phone number to call on Saturday. He lied again. I will for sure be filling a complaint with the the Better Business Bureau. Wish I had checked them out here before, but it is the company our school uses. I will also recommend they switch companies.

The key to customer satisfaction is timely delivery and communications. When you don't receive either of these, you are NOT satisfied!!! Timely delivery of seasonal products mean receiving them in the appropriate season; you wear jackets during the winter! We have NOT had a response from company or representative in over 2 weeks, delivery is at least 2 weeks late from quoted time!

Went in to purchase graduation gear (cap, gown, and tassel). Not only were the materials a downgrade from past years- they sold me the wrong tassel year by shoving it in the bag so I didn't see it. My mistake to trust that the worker wouldn't get the year wrong.

I AM TOTALLY DISGUSTED I ORDERED INVITATIONS FOR MY SONS GRADATION AND I PAID FOR THEM AND 2 WEEKS TIL GRADATION I CALLED TO SEE WHY WE HAVE NO GOT THEM GUESS WHAT OH THEY RAN OUT AND JUST FORGOT TO NOTIFY US!!!!!! REALLY I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND NOW WE CANT EVEN GET INVITATIONS!.....

VERY disatisfied!!!!! My granddaughter has 3weeks before graduation and STILL doesn't have her ring. It has been returned for the 3rd time and now they are saying 3-to 4 weeks!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am furious and my granddaughter is crushed. Looks like she will be graduating before she has a chance to show off her senior ring. If you choose to use them, I hope you have better luck than we did!!!!!!.

TRYING to get my son's class ring from them, which by the way is his ONLY Christmas present from me, and cannot contact anyone, so my son won't get his gift! I did however get a recording that they will be closed from the 22nd of December thru January 2nd. Who in this type of business closes that close to Christmas? Worst customer service. Jostens has been great and when my next child graduates, I will order directly through them, not through this rep! DISAPPOINTING!!!!!!!!!!
