The individuals in the printing department are the best. They work with you to find the best way to complete your project. The checkout people are great as well. Where the issue comes in sometimes is finding people’s on the floor to help you. It is not always easy to find what you are looking for and is frustrating when there is nobody there to help. The carry the basics but a lot of times I have to go online to find what it need. I guess that is just the way office supply shopping is today.

Staples is one of the very few places where you can give an old cell phone for recycling. Plus it has great selection of office products.
Gus, the Copy Center Supervisor is SECOND TO NONE! He is a GENIUS at what he does. He does it right the first time and if for some reason ever does make a mistake, it's always fixed. This store puts the customer first!
Needed help with a laptop that was not working and Cory in the Tech department was very helpful. He showed me what the problem was and helped fix it on the spot. Also while I was there I had to get documents scanned to my flash drive for my business. Blaine was very helpful in the print department, I was able to get all my/our needs met in short time. Thank you so much Staples and all the employees that helped me today! I will recommend you to my associates and partners!
Don't go to Staples if you need anything done with your computer. My computer crashed and I asked them to recover the info on my hard drive and recover my computer. Nonetheless, they began the recovery process before backing up my data; erasing all my important files. Not just that, but when they called me to tell me it was ready, I got there and they had put Windows 8 on it instead of Windows 10, which I had told them was on it. Further, this software update should have taken an hour or two at most, but after 3 days they still don't have it done. Save yourself the trouble and go to Best Buy where they know what they're doing.
I use this Staples ALL the time. Primarily for the copy center but I also shop and ship there. The copy center staff is GREAT! Gus always takes care of me with a smile. The store staff is a bit aloof but I don't usually need their help. It is always clean and well stocked.
The copy staff was absolutely rude and unhelpful. He treated me like I was a complete idiot because I needed something printed that didn't have a bleed line, which I knew it didn't but needed him to help me problem solve because it was an immediate need. Looks like I'm not the only one who thinks their customer service is an issue. I will never be back to a Staples to print. FedEx Kinkos down the road was more than welcoming and willing to print for me immediately.
If you need printing or copies or even promotional items for your co. You can't beat this place. I recommend you ask for Gus he will hook you up snd save you a bundle. Kudos to staples for never running him off!
