I bought what I thought was a great computer at Best Buy by their recommendation. Less than 2 years later it suddenly stopped charging. I took it to Best Buy and they told my computer was done. I needed to buy a new one. I didn't and heard through a friend over a year later about The Tech Shop. I took it in \just to see if it could be fixed\. Matt had it completely repaired and updated in less than 3 days. Saved me hundreds! I highly recommend using this company before spending possibly needless dollars. Thank you Tech Shop!

I don't give 5 stars easily, but Matt at The Tech Shop deserves at least 6. I've done my own computer maintenance for about 20 years, so I spent a whole day trying to save, restore, recover a hard drive and finally gave up. I got tired of dealing with it so I called Matt. He replaced the failing hard drive with a faster one (computer boots in 10-15sec) and I can still recover my files from the old drive. Got it all back the next day. Neither Geek Squad or Office Depot wanted to touch the computer. They just want to sell you new machines. If you don't need a new computer let Matt fix what you have. He'll check your computer and honestly tell you if it's worth saving, or if it's even possible or not. He can also build what you need so he definitely has a one-stop shop.
