I’ve come to TTCU QUAIL SPRINGS BRANCH a total of 5 times, today I walked out kindly before handling my business. Every time I’ve come here to make a shared deposit they have an issue. Usually have to run the transaction twice and it’s rarely quick. Sometimes you see a reversal on your account. Today there were close to 10 people in that lobby. I was the only customer. Walked up to the teller who wasn’t in a group of people and he was unable to do “shared deposits” so I guess they wanted me to wait while he called and trouble shot his issue. They manager was very kind to me once, but today ignored the situation. Just seems crazy that a brand new empty bank can’t do simple things. And it’s crazy none of them could help or were been prepared to do banking.

After leaving frustrated on Monday and leaving a poor review I was completely blown away to get a call this afternoon to let me know they had fixed their card machine and had me down as someone who needed my card replaced. Thank you for providing excellent customer service and remembering a small customer.

Never able to have good customer service. It’s so hard to get them to answer the phone to make a loan payment. I’m trying to make sure our car payment isn’t late by calling from the time they open and still have not received a call back. Have tried calling again but they still will not answer or call me back. 1:59 pm. Every time it will say our wait time is 3 minutes or 7 minutes but after hours of waiting still haven’t received any call.

Making payments with them is the worst I've been on the phone for 1.5 hrs trying to give them my MONEY!!!! Oh Great now on hold yet again.. Why is this happeneing!!!! I am trying to give a bank money!!!! So they picked up and guess what they put me bank on hold..................... 02/08/2021

Do not recommend, made a payment on a car loan for my husband and they ask for my social, address, phone number just to make a simple payment. Ridiculous waste of time, unnecessary questions if I am not opening an account with them why would I need any of that information. Not pleased

First time visiting. I use a different credit union and figured I would check out this new place and use their ATM to withdraw 300. Sweet looking brand new ATM- it gives me 3 100 bills. I push the teller button to talk to a teller via video conference and asked if he can give me change for 300. He says sure and then asks me for my TTCU account number. I don’t have one so he refuses to help me. Any other business on the planet would break the change if asked. Umm...refusing to help a potential new customer bad business. 0 stars and absolutely ridiculous customer “service”
