I received a warm welcome with a big smile as soon I walked into this location. Kevin checked us in quickly and the equipment was ready to go, which was great because I was in a rush. When I returned the equipment the next morning at 7am, Tierra was ready to check me. She was cheerful and helpful, which was nice considering that it was raining. I will use this location again. The convenience of being able to drop it off so early was great and the personal service was the icing on the cake.
Made a reservation online and the pickup and return process was easy and smooth. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely a recommended U-Haul location!
They took care of all of needs quickly. Not the most professional atmosphere but the manager took care of me. Very nice van and really good price.
Small shop but a lot of rentals. Great customer service. The staff treat you like your important!! I had a family emergency and they did all they could to help me with my situation. They were lighthearted, made me smile, and I didn't feel uncomfortable at all. Great guys ..
