Super friendly staff and open on a Sunday so I could grab my books before classes tomorrow! Sweet!

The books are super over priced. The staff was very helpful in store but their support team is pretty much incompetent. I ordered a couple of books online but realize four weeks before they shipped that I get them for almost 60 cheaper for each of them directly through the supplier. Every time I sent an email directly to the support team online, they failed to cancel my order. This has been going on for a while till they finally shipped it out and charged me for it. They even offered to price match in through email but nothing became of it. Next time when books are needed for a course, just buy directly from the supplier or think of this Barnes and Noble as a last resort. I like the other Barnes and Noble. Just been having horrible experiences with this one.

Overpriced books, friendly staff--mostly students. Prices are borderline robbery, they'll charge hundreds for a book, give maybe 10 back and then resell the book again for hundreds. It's a vicious cycle of taking money from already financially vulnerable students.
