Ordered online and the order was shipped to the wrong address. And then when I emailed them to try and fix it or get a refund they said they couldn’t do anything because it was “successfully delivered” even though I communicated that it was delivered to the wrong address. So basically it’s just money down the drain. This company does not care about their customers and only wants to fill their pockets. Will never be shopping here again.

I absolutely love this Ulta! All the ladies were super helpful, especially the blonde with super long hair, I believe her name was Samantha. It’s always a pleasant visit.
LOVE THE EMPLOYEES! Dj, Alexis and the blonde headed girl were AMAZING! Middle school girls getting into make up and they helped with where to start and what products to use. This is my store and happy to have my daughter's and friends join!
