Honestly less than 1 star. Rudest people ever. No greeting when we came in the door waited over an hour. Nobody said we will be with you soon or sorry for the wait. Sticking with At&t I guess.... Being courteous goes a long way.

We ordered a new phone on line this morning that we were supposed to be able to pick up at this location. We called to find out when we would pick it up and spoke with Josh. He said there was some sort of problem and he was trying to get it fixed. 3 hours later we called again, still no answer and my daughter said he was rude. I then called customer support, and after being on hold for an hour while the customer service agent tried to figure out the problem,, she put Josh on the line who was extremely rude to me as well. There are many Verizon locations throughout Edmond, but I'll be going to another location to get my phone replaced next. Perhaps Josh should get a job at the dmv?

Dud salesman that’s the best way to describe my experience at this store. This guy was as helpful as a pop up ad. No big deal tho I went right down the road to the Verizon store on 33rd and boulevard and got outstanding service and a great deal. Don’t waste your time here and I would not recommend- 0 stars.
