Worst employees ever. Arrived there at 3.45 and they close at 6 or at least that’s what they say on the website and this is the second time this has happend it took me like 10 mins to get a employees attention and when I finally talk to him he says they have some technical issues and not taking anymore vehicles same thing happend last time I thought they genuinely had some problem but they only seem to have those problems if u go there in the evenings coz the employees jst want to sit around at the end and do nothing and how do u talk to their manager or supervisor like worst employees I have ever seen in any business

Waited for some help and it never came. A guy that works there walked by me and didn't acknowledge me. Some lady sitting in the office not doing anything. They only had 1 car they were working on. 3:15pm 11/11/20 . I walked back to my truck and 3 people in the shop standing around. I will never be back. What a joke.

I will not go here to buy tires again. They had me waiting for 2 hrs . Then they told me I would haft to come back. That they could not get to me. I even went to the desk after 2 he. To check on what was taken so long ,and they told me I was next. Waited 1 more hr. And then they sent me home with no tires. They call me the next day and said they would give me 20 off each tire and that the where sorry.

Twice now they have said they topped off my fluids with my oil change. Both times I left there with low power steering fluid and no washer fluid. This last time I also bought two tires. They were supposed to put the new tires on the back and rotate back tires to front. They failed to do that too. Won't ever go back.

I always get great service anytime I go here. Reasonable prices always open unlike some mom and pop shops. Staff is respectful and helpful. It's auto Care so the wait can be long sometimes.

Would give a negative if it was available! Rude customer service. Employees would rather walk around on their phones and eat instead of actually WORKING! My car was next in line for 30 minutes without another car in front of me. The other line was moving just fine! I had to go buy my own oil filter because they ran out! I will find another place to take my business !
