Every other plumber I called refused to give me an estimate. Action Jackson told me the price up front. They didn't try and add any fees or other nonsense on at the end. There was no upsell, or pressure. Tristan showed up early. He got right to work and fixed things. He put everything back and gave me some pointers to prevent the clogged pipes in the future. Great guy, great service, and a great price. I couldn't be happier. If my wife ever stuffs too much stuff down the sink again I know who I'm calling.

Unprofessional! Driving in shoreline on 99 and the driver of attached vehicle pictured cuts me off and then proceeds to give me the middle finger. If they have employees that give you the finger so easily I would NEVER use them.
These guys came highly recommended from a friend who's a plumber (but apparently not this kind of plumber). They got someone out to see us quickly, stayed within estimates, which were very reasonable, and weren't looking for opportunities to add on or price gouge. Super friendly, really professional, very reasonable. We're very pleased and will definitely use them again!

These guys are fantastic, my apartment management only uses them and for good reason. This place was built for the 1962 world fair and every so often lines will back up and this company does a great job even working on those older and oh, not so hmm properly installed pipes. I wish I knew the names of the two men that came out today but I called your office to give you kudos! Fast, Friendly, Knowledgeable and Ethical not qualities easy to find these days!
