Excellent doctor, very professional. They squeezed me in with a swollen/infected ingrown toenail and took great care of it. My toe had puffed up and started throbbing the night before and by 9:30 they had me in, treated and done!

If you want to get ripped off. I put my trust in to Dr. Kuzel. I had bone spurs on back of heel. he did an ultrasound he shot dye into my foot he shot cortisone into my foot more than twice. My skin has no pigment. Because of cortisone. He did surgery to remove spure. I was awake through surgery. And he cut my heel open and also made another cut to lengthen my Achilles. He had a side kick doctor in room with him helping. They talked about patience, saying what deals they gave them. Laughing like they we're at the bar or at a picnic having a party.. I was freaking out. Had to yell back at doctor to let him know the numbness was wearing off. And I was starting to feel what they were doing. After surgery. I went in one more time to see Dr.Kuzel. He took X-ray. When he came into room. He put X-ray up on screen. He wasn't saying a word. I could see x-ray and the spur was still there. He broke the tip off . That was it. I asked him what was wrong and if I could see the X-ray. He said oh yeah sure you can see it here you go. I said ah that looks like the bone spur right there. He said no. It's a ghost. Sometimes x-rays will do that. Whatever.. then I received the bill. Remind you I only had one surgery on my right heel. He charged my insurance for four surgery's. On right and left foot and different prices. I went in front of a Grand Round at Swedish Hospital. None of the specialist care for the way he conducts his practice. I could add a lot more to this story on Dr. Kuzel.

Kuzel Mark 21229 84th Ave W, Edmonds, WA Mark and his staff are incredible!! They make me feel so comfortable when I come there. Thier office is clean and well maintained. I have had a lot of problems with both feet and Mark is getting me on the road to wellville. thanks Mark \It’s important to always look where you’re headed rather than where you were!
