I suffer from acute inoperable neck and knee pain from a attack 10 years ago. Dr Zend worked with me to help me live a life. I had no life, I could hardly move. We have come up with a contract treatment plan that has worked for over 10 years. He ensures your doing well with testing, researching, updating your medication as needed. He actually has a microscope I love that. You see it's my medical treatment not a cookie cutter treatment plan. My treatment is tailored for me! I worry sometimes he will die before me. I let him know this because you can talk to him about anything. He assures me he's not going anywhere. Dr Zend, has a caring professional staff. They keep him ontime and ensure excellent communication. You can tell these folks all work together for the best results. The doctor spends almost an hour with you.This not only treats your physical problem but also your mental outlook. When you have ongoing illness, most doctors see you for 5min and say it's aging. Him and his staff have worked with my family, lawyers, insurance, pharmacy, other doctors to ensure fair practice. All of them have complimented Dr Zend's ability to recall a patient's history in a professional, extremely complete manor. He grew up in New York, everyone knows New Yorkers are just more book smart then the average Sasquatch...a little northwest humor. My doctor does not take any BS. In return I am honest with him, follow his directions, turn off my phone and pay him promptly. By always giving his best, it makes me do my best. He is worth every penny! He gave me my life back. I'm looking forward to my next visit. Hip hip hooray it's Botox day. Botox helps with my frown lines and my debilitating migraines caused by my neck pain. Dr Zend cares for his patients in a deep and personal way. He takes TIME with each patient, about an hour or more, and talks about life. Not just what you, as the patient, think ails you. But all of life. As a whole. He sees you as a person not a dollar amount. He is understanding and sympathetic and just an all around wise man. On top of all that, he charges fairly. The staff is family I believe and they are all very sweet and personable also! I highly recommend his office!
Been seeing Dr. Zend since 2010, and he's been my personal care physician for the last 9 years. He's literally helped me with everything, the staff is great, and he'll probably be my Doctor till he dies, or I die first. I consider them almost family at this point. I see some people complaining that he's a cash business, and although I can't confirm whether or not he's cash ONLY, I just know that I pay cash, that's it. The way I see it, there's nothing wrong with that, insurance companies are the Devil, and the man's got bills to pay, simple as that. He's a good Doctor, and I like the guy.
I have been been clean and sober since 2014 thanks to Dr. Zend! He is very professional, understanding and truly understands the roots of addiction. I actually look forward to my visits with him, which is a rare thing to find in the medical field. He is more than a Doctor, it feels like a therapy session as well. Though, He does Not tolerate BS. But if you are 100% Truthful and honest with him, he will treat you like a human being. IF you are ready to change your life and end the pointless cycle of addiction, then DR Zend is you guy
