When I finally found the address I had to knock on doors to find the the right apartment. The window shades were down and nobody answered my knock. Great way to do business. Avoid.

Great tech service on my printer located in my home office. It was somewhat of an emergency and they were responsive and came out in a day. Mike fixed the problem right away and suggested parts to purchase to fix problems in the future. I would recommend American Printer Service for home office/office visits to fix printer problems.
