Pretty okay experience. Got the Taiwanese Spicy, which claims that the only spice level available is "flaming", and was reminded of this by the waitress, but it wasn't really spicy at all, had more of a curry flavor than anything. Various components within the soup were interesting. Pretty fast service. Might come back and try it again, but wouldn't be missing out if I didn't.

I came to at 8:15pm and the hostess refused to take my party of 3, because they will close at 9pm. They weren’t busy, and I see tables open, it seems more that he didn’t want to clean the tables again. Hopefully this review will help management or owner, that your employees are not taking care of the business. I will continue as your loyal customer, because your food is amazing, and I want your business to be successful.

Delicious food servers seem to have a hard time understanding us, but no biggie. I recommend trying it out.

The staff is always amazing and the food is to die for. I am always craving it. They have also followed the covid-19 rules above and beyond to make the experience as streamlined, easy, and safe for everyone involved!

Fermented (stinky) tofu, right? It was awesome, I loved it and I'm not really a tofu fan. It wasn't for everyone but I am glad I was feeling adventurous. House special with pork intestine and fermented tofu, my new favorite. Staff was super friendly and helpful, double checking that we understood we ordering stinky tofu.

Boiling point chain is my absolute favorite. So when I heard this new store was open and I was in Seattle, I had to go. I was impressed by the fact that the time we went there - 10 pm there wasn't a wait. The service time was absolutely fast and the hotpot was amazing as usual. Though I had a complain that the quantity of meat was less and it was filled with a lit of lettuce or cabbage, I wish there was more meat in it. It was hot and delicious otherwise. The milk tea with bubbles was fabulous. Definitely try this location- it's clean and new.

Happened to get there at the end of lunch, so there wasn't a wait at all (we decided to come here after the one in ID was totally crowded with a super long wait). Service was very nice. Food was extremely good. I will be returning (but probably to the one in ID because it's closer to me). I highly recommend the fishball curry!

01jan2019 6pm Long queue Have to wait for about 30min Restaurant is so packed, full house. Obviously lack of staffs, long serving time. Best employee with smile is Mr.Nan. He is super busy but always smile and cheerful to customer. Two thumbs up! Keep up the good work. Food, seafood soup is good. House soup is sucks.
