Melanie was so very helpful as I have had a leak in my roof and it damaged the drywall in my bathroom. Jeremy came out and did the estimate. Both were very kind and considerate. They were willing to work with my schedule and health challenges. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing work on their home.

Their pricing seems a little high for odds and ends, BUT they are pleasant, easy to schedule with, show up on time (or early!), and are amazing at what they do. They are constantly in communication and absolutely get it right the first time. So, ultimately, the pricing makes sense for the experience. A special shout out to Melanie and Jeremy for being extra amazing. Never experienced this quality of service for scheduling, communication, and execution before. I feel well taken care of by them. CedarOne doesn't have control over how long a management company will take to approve or deny work. However, what they do have control over is top notch.

I had scheduled work done for a minor repair to the bathroom. I was notified for approval and had an appointment set with in a few days. I was notified that the service tech was on his way, which was great to get a text. He arrived in a company vehicle and introduced himself and what he was there to fix. Very professsional, efficient, and did a great job. No mess or fuss getting the repair done. I am very happy and hope if I need any repairs that I can schedule with them again.

I haven’t ever had a bad experience with Cedar One, but yesterday I had an outstanding experience with Kyle. Our dishwasher wasn’t draining and I had tried everything to clear it myself. Kyle arrived earlier than expected and didn’t leave until he had the issue fixed. He had to try multiple solutions to clear the problem, due to the way the line runs behind the cabinet. I was impressed with his dedication to getting the job done without referring someone else to our house to fix it. Thanks, Kyle!
