DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR FINE ART. Horribly unethical business. Has held hostage one of my oil pastel pieces for YEARS. Flat out refuses to communicate with me. Honestly I hate involving the police in this sort of affair, but it's at the point where I need to just file a theft report.

I needed a frame and mat for a family reunion and I talked to the owner a couple weeks in advance. I was told by the owner he could do the project in time and made sure to check back a couple times to see if the work would be done. Each time I was led to believe it would be done by the requested deadline and mentioned how important this was since it was for my family reunion. On the very last day I needed it the owner was still telling me it would be ready. by the end of the day they said they needed another hour but could could deliver it to my house. In the end they did not even call or text me to say they were not coming I had to text them to ask what happened. All I got was a text message with excuses that the owner could not get to my project finished because other customers were being helped first. Nice to know other customers got put in front of my project. This is the worst customer service I have had and I will not ever use this shop again. I have had projects more detailed than this by other frame shops and they stood behind their delivery times. If they would have been up front to begin with, I could have used another frame shop but they took that option from me by leading me to believe they were going to do the job on time. I will never use their shop again.
