I felt they got to know my injury, my desire to get better, and encouraged me to give 100% so I could get back to the activity level I was at before. I came to the office with chronic neck, back, and shoulder pain that was having a powerful negative impact on my life. Trapped in my mind and body with pain and fear, I was giving up on my passions, my love of movement, and my adventurous spirit. Working with Dr. Lilly and her team has been a marvelous experience. Using a mixture of conventional physical therapy and some new tools and technologies I've never even heard of before, I've already gained much greater body awareness and control over my muscles, and I'm only halfway through my treatment plan. I'm thrilled to be finally recovering after all this time.

I have been to many physical therapy clinics in the past, but wanted a new clinic nearby. I found Lilly PT and it was the best place to get treatment. Lilly and her staff create a wonderful environment and treat patients like family. Lilly PT is truly a family run business, and if you are lucky you will meet her daughters who are entering the world of PT as well. Lilly is an amazing therapist who thinks outside the box and uses the latest equipment with amazing results. If you want to get better faster, give them a try.
