We have had only the best experience with Dr. Sun and his staff. I have two kids one now middle school the other now elementary and we have been going here for several years. Tried a couple other dentists before with ok experience. We went to Dr. Sun for a second opinion on a dental concern and found out how amazing he was! His approach was what our kid needed to get better. He even extracted a tooth and my kid didn’t even know!!!! They enjoy watching TV while being at the dentist.

We took our 2 year old to his first cleaning today. The staff is very friendly, thoughtful and adapt to the children's needs. My son was afraid of the electric brush so they used a regular one to complete the cleaning and let him sit up in his dad's lap. Great practice and happy environment for kids!

Very professional and friendly. I highly recommend them! My 2 year old was scared and crying but they were patient and understanding. They also have plenty of toys to keep your kids distracted!

Dr. Sun is an amazing dentist! My kids have been going there for 8yrs. His demeanor and tone with the children is really amazing, he always makes them feel comfortable and calm. I would recommend to all friends and family. *His staff is also amazing and very sweet.* Great customer service all around.

Overall it was good. There was just a lapse of communication somewhere along the lines. We had requested no fluoride at the start of the appointment, the Dental Hygienist acknowledged that, my daughter repeated that she did not want fluoride. She got fluoride.

My kids and I love Dr. Sun. We've been going to Pacific Pediatric for 4 years now and haven't ever had a negative experience. My 3 actually ask when they get to go back to the "tooth doctor". Recently one of my 5 year olds needed to get a couple fillings. They used laughing gas, didn't even have to numb her, and used little kid terms to not make the appointment scary. They told her they were going to tickle her teeth when drilling out the cavity and adding a sparkle on her tooth when they were filling it. When my kids go in for cleanings Dr. Sun sings fun little songs to them as he's working to keep them calm and to keep it fun. After every appointment they recieve a coin which they can trade in for a small toy in their super fun gumball machine type dispensers. I would HIGHLY recommend Pacific Pediatic Dentistry to anyone looking for a great dentist to take their kiddos.
