If I could rate this place a 0 star I would. I went there and purchased a cartridge one day later the cartridge top pops off without touching it. I brought the cartridge back expecting and exchange of the product. I was told I needed the packaging the product came in to complete a return. Who keeps the packaging laying around? When I asked how we can fix the situation he said best they could do is a discount. Unfortunately I will not be going back here ever again.

If you are looking for a quality, clean, respected place to shop for cannabis products or CBD oil, check out this place. I like how convenient it is due to its proximity to downtown Edmonds. They also do a great job with product displays, and generate a overall feeling of a high-end retail experience. Before moving to WA, I had this predisposition of cannabis shops being non legitimate in the retail arena. However, local roots definitely changed my perspective and I’m so glad to have found this place.

Cool store but displays signs claiming LAW dictates face coverings when that is not and has not ever been the case. I asked about this and the lady said \its our preference\. Fine. Why do you claim its the law then? Has anyone told these people that the store employees \preference\ takes back seat to the customers. We pay the bills, you are the bills. Sick of everyone turning into activists.

This is the location/storefront that ALL MMJ/Recreational shops need to be modeled after: •Professional Staff: I didn't have my ID. I tried to get in with a picture of my license, front and back, that I keep saved on my phone... NO GO. They explained the situation, apologized, and treated me with respect. I still left happy! They even called the boss to see what they said.. The boss backed them up. •Clean. CLEAN. C L E A N. •Well lit parking, signage, displays, and store. •Knowledgeable staff. •Friendly staff. •Selection. SELECTION. S E L E C T I O N. •Competitive prices. •Well laid out store, logical setup. Very intuitive and has a natural flow. Keep up the good work guys, and THANK YOU for doing the right thing, going the extra mile, and being nice about it.
