Earlier in the season my grandma had contacted them to get her roof and gutters cleaned. She is 79 and wanted me to post this for her: "They were punctual and dependable. The two men were wrapping up the job as I came back home to find my roof and gutters cleaned! I am very pleased with their swift service and I would recommend them to anyone who needs a similar job done. " If grandmas happy I am happy! These people know what they are doing (:

These guys were one of the only companies we could find to do our 3-level townhouse. Riley and his coworker were friendly and checked in after they finished. Good value for the service, and would use again!

Very disappointing and cannot recommend. Power washing was sub par to begin with. Covered with moss again after two and one-half months. Contacted them to discuss the situation and they blamed the weather. They were willing to re-do the work only if we paid them again. Then, they conveniently tried to upsell us for a maintenance service arrangement. In the end, the owner refused to stand by his work and actually said the following “you don’t ask for free haircuts because your hair grows back.” Take my advice - AVOID!!

I am part of a condo association that was looking a quote for pressure washing on our decks. I hade the pleasure of speaking with Riley. He was very thorough in the questions that he asked for the quote that he provided. It was very clear that he knew what he was doing. Their written quote that was provided was extremely detailed and easy to understand. Even though ultimately we chose to forgo pressure washing for the year, we will definitely be keeping them in mind for the following year due to their customer service and great attitude. They are licensed and bonded, and are awesome with follow-up. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone who is looking for a good professional company.

These guys came and cleaned out our gutters today. They did a great job, and it was a big job because we have trees all a round our house and skipped doing it last year. They were polite, wore masks and cleaned up really well afterwards. I thought they were reasonably priced. Thumbs up to Puget Power Washing, LLC!

I called this company after seeing a yard sign for Christmas light service. The women I spoke to on the phone was extremely uneducated about anything regarding the light hanging, and gave me an insanely priced estimate (after telling me this is their first season in service). It was overall a nightmare trying to deal with her. I strongly recommend finding an alternative company, and save yourself the trouble and wasted time trying to go through this lady. There are many other companies with better pricing in the area I can recommend.
