For the last year I've been working with Susanne Wasilawski, 2x a week, to help strengthen and stretch my body, as I've struggled with past knee injuries and to prepare for an upcoming knee surgery. What I appreciate about Susanne is her energy and ability to understand specifically where my body is at and what I need based on my goals and a very specific need/situation with my knees. She is prepared, ready and thoughtful about everything we do, pays extremely close attention to what's working and what's not working, listens to my feedback and adjusts quickly. Eight weeks before my surgery last month, we outlined a game plan which I believe contributed greatly to the successful outcome of surgery and my quick recovery that even surprised my physical therapist! She's also extremely funny and a pleasure to work with!

Diane and Susanne are absolutely fantastic! I've tried a few pilates studios and these ladies are the absolute best at their trade!! I get a killer workout while knowing they are taking care to ensure that the correct muscles are working and not the wrong ones (i.e. my lower abs instead of my low back) to keep me from stress or injury. The studio is beautiful and modern. The small class size ensures attention to detail. LOVE THIS STUDIO!!!!
