When choosing a health care provider, you want to consider not only the quality of the health care provided, but also the customer service aspect of the office you are dealing with. I have no idea about the quality of health care provided at the Swedish Edmonds Sleep Center, but I can tell you that their customer service is a fail. After booking my original sleep center appointment about half a year ago, I got a voicemail at 10 am on the day of my appointment, 9 hours before my appointment time, that they were cancelling my appointment because my insurance was still pending. Why did it take them half a year to try to figure it out only to tell me the day of? The Center has a policy that they expect 24 hours notice if a patient needs to cancel (or pay a 198 fine), so why don't they afford the same courtesy to their patients? Do they think their time is more valuable than mine? I'm sure I could have found something else fun to do on a Friday night. Pretty sure if you had a business partner that demanded certain treatment for themselves but didn't treat you the same way, you wouldn't want to do business with them. In a similar way, I view seeing a healthcare professional as a partnership between the provider and the patient and I choose not to do business with this partner.

You always are on call waiting with 2 callers ahead, when calling this office. They don't return your messages, left 2. They don't call to do check ups on yourselves or your equipment.

Who would've ever thought a sleep study could be so fun? My tech was very friendly and personable. She explained everything and was incredibly efficient. The room was like a small hotel room. Loved the entire experience!

The entire process takes too long. Had first appointment in May 2019. Had to wait until Mid July for the sleep study. I just called and was told it will be another 2 weeks before the results are in. Had I known this up front I would have gone to another facility.
