I walked in, they asked what I was looking for. I said something I can walk around in mud with. The woman on the floor asked if I was looking for boots then? I said sure. She asked me my size, I said a 9. In less than a minute she was back with a pair of boots. I tried on the one for the right foot. It fit perfectly! It wasn't tight, it fit over my high instep and I had room to wiggle my toes. I asked, are you sure these are a size 9? She said, yes they are, all our shoes are a double wide. I was amazed, this is the first time in years I found a shoe, let alone a boot that fit me perfectly. I have a very wide foot. She asked if I wanted to try the other one. I said yes, of course. Took a few steps around and they both fit great! I paid 110.34 total and walked out with a brand new pair of boots that fit wonderfully, in less than 10 minutes!!! If you have wide feet, this is the store to go too! They have great selection and styles! I will be shopping here forever!

I took my 87 year old father in for new shoes. He is a 12 4-E and uses a tool and shoehorn to put his shoes on as he can’t bend over. The young gals working this morning couldn’t have been more patient and more pleasant and after many attempts he found a pair of shoes he could get on by himself and he purchased. The gals made his feel comfortable, like they do this all the time (putting orthotics in and out when trying on) and spent time helping him find something that would work. I didn’t get their names but a huge thank you!!

I am so greatful for their service. They patiently put up with me for a solid hour. It's the only place I have been to that has actually helped, and they stretched a boot for me twice until it fit right at no extra charge. I got attractive shoes I can work in with extra wide feet and narrow calves. Second time there and they have been so helpful both times.

There are precious few real shoe stores left and wide shoes are nearly impossible to find in general unless you want a pair of giant bland Nike sneakers. What if there were a store with wide, extra wide and super wide shoes in every style, with patient staff, not trying to sell you, but rather trying to find you the perfect pair of shoes you couldn't have otherwise hoped even existed? This is that store. Not fancy, a little out of the way, but worth a visit or two or three.
