We have ordered pick up from the West Edmonton Mall location a couple of times since restaurants have been closed down for dine in, and each time the food was fantastic. Tonight my husband and I both did the 'build your own burger' and we have had the fries, sweet potato fries and side salad. The service was great, everything we had was beyond awesome, and it was a ton of food. In my opinion take out is never as good as it is dining in, but this place does not disappoint. I would highly recommend 1st RND if you are looking to satisfy a burger craving!

Sports bar, the burgers they offer here are quite different but worth tasting if interested in something unusual. Lots of beer types and our server was knowledgeable of the menu. My friend and I will be back to try more.
Went for the very first time and by far one of the worst experiences and service ever. We waited over 10 minutes just to get drinks then over 45 minutes to get a burger when 2 other people who came before us were already served and finished their food. Absolutely ridiculous and not once was asked in that time if I wanted a refill on my water or drink, didn’t see our server the whole time. Absolutely do not recommend unless you want to leave still needing to stop to get food before work or wait over an hour to be served.
This was a total strikeout. I will never order from here again. I ordered an entree which came (not hot, not warm) but ice cold. I ordered a side salad. Came in the same size box as the entree and surprise....it was about a handful of salad, and I have very small hands. And for that handful of salad, I paid 8.50. I will only recommend to friends and family to never support this place. If we are going to spend our hard earned dollars, we expect value for our money.
My 1st time at 1st rnd and I definitely willbe coming back! They have like 64 bottles on tap and build your own burger ( which i did! ) and I think 15 different kinds of wings. You have to check it out!
