A mart is an amazing Korean and Japanese food and housewares store. It is mainly food/snacks with a small section of household items and grills. There is a wide selection of drinks, frozen meats, and prepackaged meals. I found some of the harder to find takoyaki ingredients here. Lots of interesting Korean items that I haven't other bigger Asian markets (tnt or lucky 97/99).

This place is always well stocked. A little cold inside in the winter time. All the places in Edmonton that sell Korean groceries are good! I've never had a problem here ! This place of business is good!

A down to earth, authentic Korean grocery store. Less crowded than H-mart.

Their customer service was not impressed. Cashier was busy at cellphone before and while assist me.

A cashier, who is working at mart, ruined my day. The lady yelled me’ you should buy on sale, if you are not satisfied at the price.’, when I complained Let me go for the detail of the happening. After work, I went shopping to make a special dinner. Fortunately, four flavors of milk are sold at 50% off due to the expiration date. On my way home, I noticed banana flavored milk charged by original price. Turning the car, I visited A-mart again and showed the receipt. Then the cashier explained that there was nothing wrong and even 18th is still good for drink; therefore, banana milk isn't on sale. She also explained that the signs are not noticeable in banana milk. That’s why, that isn't on discount. Here is my points. 1. Strawberries, melons, and lychees are expiring date is on 17 th and banana is on the 18th. what's the difference between 17th and 18th expire? 2. Surely bananas, lychees, melons, and strawberry milk are sitting together on above of the 50% off sign. If it's only three things on sale, why did you put bananas there together? Is this an attempt to deceive the consumer? I should pay more attention not to be fooled next time.
