My experience was wonderful as I walked in at 11 am, just after the morning smudge!!!! No owner insight, she is a bit much but I am able to block her out. The staff of two young gentlemen and two young ladies made my experience lovely on Saturday!! I was blessed to have found just what I needed, one 25% off the other two 50% off, bring my total to 40, which is what I budgeted (this was for a gift exchange on Sunday). The knowledge of products was great, kindness in abundance and overall I left feeling pretty good! i Thanks again team for you help.

I came in here for the first time a few days ago and I had a fun time looking at all the little stones and what they're used for. I bought a beautiful set of earrings as a gift and some crystals for mediation. The atmosphere of the store is really nice, calm and quiet and i think they have workshops that go on there. Overall, I had a nice experiences and would go back there for all my stone, crystal, mediation and spirituality needs.
I love the reviews about the owner, especially when she has not even been there for a year or more? So who are the reviews targeted at? I would really LOVE to know. LOL. There has just been staff, that have been running the store and the owner has not even been around at all. Perhaps, the information ought to be gather properly.
I love this store and the staff are amazing. I don't understand the other reviews, I have never had a bad experience there. I have been buying here for years but have yet to have a reading. I will always remember the kindness shown when my father died and I needed help in spirtual healing. I was directed to specific stones to help in my meditation and loss. Also the store owner said a prayer and a blessing for my father and for myself. I will never forget that as long as I live. This is a great store and one of my must-shop-at locations when I am on Whyte.
I frequent this establishment often solely for the feeling of calm I get from being there. They have a wide variety of items pertaining to various cultures and spiritual practices. The staff is exceptionally knowledgeable on their products. I highly recommend this store.
I had been wanting to check this store out or a while. I finally did, and was making conversation with the owner, as I browsed. I simply asked how competition was since another specialty store had opened up and she went off the deep end. She started comparing herself to someone who was in alcoholics anonymous, saying how as alcoholic has known no other life, neither has she. She said she was her own competitor and everyone else was beneath her, and began getting very snippy when I tried to ask any other questions. The thing that really set me off though was when she began immediately praying the negative energy that just walked into her store be pushed out. As well, as someone else has stated, she was being very rude to one of her employees that had just walked into work...... Talking down to them as well as the one that was already there. I have never felt so offended and unwelcome before. Obviously business isn't doing to well, if she got that touchy on the subject.

It was bad. Some of the workers are friendly, however I found the woman in charge to be very rude to me. I asked for information about the gemstone pendants' meanings/uses, but instead of explanations I was told (more than once) that I would be given their descriptions after I had purchased one, which did not help me obviously because I would have liked to know what they were used for before purchasing one. After asking twice, I tried to find out myself because the workers seemed reluctant and busy, and the woman in charge noticed and said to me exasperatedly "Okay fine. I'll explain to you what they each mean." and rolled her eyes at me as though I were being a nuisance! Definitely not the kind of service I was hoping for, I was looking for staff with patience and an acceptance of my interests! Nonetheless, I will definitely not be returning there. Very rude and unwelcoming.
