First i was impressed by the thought out and detailed quote then it was the follow up where i received a USB stick with pictures of my new sign and a thank-you. Now 5 years later the sign still looks like the first day. excellent service and excellent work.

This company make make great signs but they do not pay their bills and they do not answer their phones or answer messages left for them. That is simply not professional.
Picked this company to do our store Header sign and window graphics based on Google Reviews, we are very satisfied. Cost was fair and turn around timelines were within 2 weeks. Since the install we have had many new walk in clients and signed a few corporate accounts as well.
Their products are good quality. However I have requested 2 separate quotes recently. 1 for a simple 10' sign for our building. It took over 3 weeks just to receive the quote. All the other competitors I called after got me a quote in 2 days. So I assumed this must have been a one time thing... however recently I asked for a quote on some vinyl decals. Again 3 weeks pass and I had to follow up on the quote from the sales rep and still no price. I call the competitors and they both provide a quote within the day. If a sign company cannot give a price on basic sign services, decals and signs within 3 weeks, how could I even trust them for a more complex sign for our buildings? I, like everyone else in the business world, have to answer to my superiors on why I haven't completed the Marketing Decals project, and when I have to answer that the company hasn't given me a price yet after nearly a month, that is not good customer service at all.

We are very happy with the AAA-1 Signs team and product. We had them design and install a large backlit LED letter sign for us at Red Ram Truck Parts & Service. We are a locally owned family business that considered this a significant investment so we took our time making the decision with whom/what style to go with. We are incrediably happy with the results of everything. They were able to design the sign and install it better then we expected. Their install team was very polite and professional. If you are in the market for a new sign. Definitely consider AAA-1 Signs on your short list. We will be using them again.
