Was just looking for a comparison quote, but Steven took the time to explain in a very detailed manner all the bells and whistles that I was trying to price out. He also took the time to make the calculations on my floor plan to understand exactly what I need for equipment. Then he proceeded to humor me and answer all of my additional questions including ones raised by my previous quote. The prices were comparable, but his professionalism and the way he presents Action Furnace makes it a very tough act to follow. Thank again for taking the time to explain to me my options, and offering me several quotes so I can make my best “informed” decision.

Have dealt with Action Furnace several times over the past year and a half for furnace tune ups and repair, Air conditioner and humidifier installation, and just recently furnace replacement. In every instance I've been impressed by the Action Furnace repair people. They have always been prompt, professional, courteous and friendly, and willing to take time to answer my questions and to properly explain the installations. It's nice to receive a text stating that the technician is on the way and you can even track their progress to destination on an online map. It's a nice feature. The technicians clean up the work area nicely when they are done and haul away all the old items. The employees wear booties over their footwear so as not to bring any dirt/dust/mud/snow into the house and also lay down a runner from the doorway to the work area to ensure cleanliness- also a nice touch. Do they have the lowest prices? Probably no,t but they sell high quality stuff and and install it right. You can be confident that the end price will be the same as the initial quote, and you will have quality, respectful people coming into your home for the installation. I won't deal anywhere else and I highly recommend Action Furnace for your HVAC requirements.
Action Furnace has been a nightmare to deal with. After having a new furnace installed in October it took until March 24 for my issues that I had through out the winter to be resolved. The initial issues were that my furnace quit, my back door was icing up completely, pooling by the exhaust pipe, and this is not fixed and will not be fixed because they say it isn't because of them, despite this never happening until after the furnace was installed. This has since taken 3 more times for them to come out to make sure my furnace will not stop working on me. One person would offer one solution, another a different solution, and so on. They also had issues having people show up for scheduled dates; I would call to see when someone would show up and they would flat out lie and tell me we did not have an appointment, only later to say that they were running late. The biggest complaint is that before the install we had brought up ALL of the issues: the exhaust causing issues with the door, the pooling, etc, and we were told they would not -only to have literally all of them be a problem. We feel extremely unheard and at this point we would have preferred someone listened to us, not lied, and not cost us thousands of dollars for problems up the wazoo when they have a motto of fixed right or it's free. How about do it right at all, or just dont do it? With winter being done now I have no idea if the issue will reoccur seeing how it was something that would only happen during winter. I highly advise anyone to use another company other than Action Furnace. If I could leave no stars I would.
Thank you Josh M for the best service I have ever had.! He went above and beyond with his professional, knowledgeable service. He explained everything thoroughly. Fixed my furnace at no additional charge. I will definitely be calling them again for Josh M , when I need their service again.
Shane came to check out my t furnace that was short-cycling. He was punctual, explained everything in common English, and only did the necessary work, while making recommendations and a quote on the remaining work. I also appreciated the text message confirmations and arrival warning. I will definitely be using Action again for my future furnace needs.
