Our neighbor referred us to ADL Dryer Vent Services as they could see that our upstairs laundry room that has the dryer vent on the roof was almost plugged with lint. Patrick was able to get us scheduled in quickly on a cancellation and stated what the charge would be. He arrived early and was suited up and masked (for Covid19) throughout the whole time as the complete job is done inside the house without the need to go on the roof. Not only did he explain the procedure, but went far and above to show the progress and the contents in the vent as he cleaned. Patrick also took the time to look at our dryer that just recently started making noise and explained how dryers are to be installed and did not judge after I told him it was me that installed it and gave some recommendations and also stated that one heating coil was not working in the element. When the work was done everything was cleaned and returned the way he found it. The invoice was the exact amount I was quoted plus a dryer vent hose and correct clamps. We'll be having ADL out annually to clean our vent and keep our dryer working to its peak performance. Rob

When I called ADL and explained that we were a new construction and our dryer was giving errors that our vent system was not working properly, Patrick knew exactly what the problem was -- the builder installed a roof vent that is easily clogged. He was very knowledgeable and provided clear options for us so I booked. When he came for the job, he followed covid-19 protocol clearly. He replaced the vent by going inside the attic. he cleaned up really well. Also, He was again helpful in explaining various things related to how dryer venting as well as other functions work so as to let us know what would keep the life of the dryer longer, prevent fires, and allow us to dry our clothing most efficiently. I fully recommend ADL to anyone who needs their dryer vent clean, especially the roof dryer vent which was our experience.

Like the other reviews have mentioned, Patrick is absolutely amazing. Very knowledgeable and actually takes the time to explain things to you. My dryer was having issues venting and Patrick was able to schedule me in quickly. However, once he arrived he discovered that the issue was that the homebuilder didn't install a hood vent and the dryer was basically not venting. He was able to get a roofer in the next day, even though the roofers were extremely busy dealing with a recent windstorm's damages. Patrick then came back the next day and wrapped everything up and my dryer is working like a charm. I can't recommend this company enough, and they will certainly be getting all of my dryer/vent related business going forwards.

Excellent service provided by ADL Systems. This cleaning service was for home drier duct and vent that required cleaning as my drier was taking too long to dry the clothes and creating condensation to occur in the attic. Patrick Gonzalez owner/operator performed the cleaning service of the drier duct work and corrected the exit outlet on the roof that was trapping lint and had created a blockage to prevent air flow. The home builder had installed the wrong type of an outlet . Patrick was professional, explained the issue and took time to show what he had done to correct the issue. He also took time to check the drier performance by checking the heating coils, airflow and leveling of the drier. Once the work wad done, Patrick spent considerable amount of time cleaning the laundry room and the area outside. He left the place better than it was as he cleaned up behind the washer and drier units. I would highly recommend ADL for drier duct cleaning and replacement and I have ADL now on a yearly cycle to come and clean by drier ducts. ADL's pricing is very reasonable compared to other service providers based on correcting the issue, time spent, quality of service and being ethical.
