When I called for a quote the owner was very nice to talk to on the phone and very friendly. Their prices are more than fair. The whole team was professional- from actually showing up on time, to calling me when they were about 30 minutes away. Ted and Reece took care of the duct and vent cleaning and they were both polite and very nice. They made sure to take care to not damage any walls or doors and they laid mats down to not track dirt in from outside. Our carpets look way better than before. We have 2 dogs and a cat and we both work from home so there is wear and tear on the carpet that I knew wouldn't go away completely. My neighbor also had the same services done on the same day and was also pleased. I would definitely recommend Advanced to anyone and I will definitely be booking again.

I have had my furnace cleaned every year, for 5 years. I’ve never had a furnace clean do this to my entire home. This is the first time I have used Advanced, the only reason I did this time, was they did my carpets yesterday and they did great work at that, and were 100 cheaper then whom I normally use. I made a big mistake choosing to save the 100... We have 32 vents here, we did everything with them, 32 vents, HRU, A/C Coil, and dryer duct, but they didn’t seal any of the vents. So the blower just pushed dust into the closest room in the home. They don’t have enough suction to not cover the vents, and focus on the one they are cleaning. They just blew the furnace dust all over my home, and into each room. I was told that their boss would call me later today, still have not had a call it’s been 3 hours. Check out the photos, this is just a few rooms, the entire house is like this. It’s a mess! The bedding alone will take someone 3 hours for 6 bedrooms. I’m livid.
We used Advanced Furnace Cleaning to clean our furnace on our newer home. Francis and Reese were punctual and arrived at the time they committed too. Both Francis & Reese wore surgical face masks for the entirety of their visit. They were polite and diligent with their work. We have two young children who were present at the time of the cleaning and they were mindful and respectful of them. Their work was done thoroughly and efficiently. If you’re considering having your furnace cleaned I would recommend calling Francis and his team before anyone else.
Ted and Mike came to our house plus our rental property to clean the ducts and furnaces. They did a great job overall. Very thorough, professional and friendly. We had the annual furnace and AC inspections done later the same day and the technician said Advanced did a great job with the cleaning. Will definitely use them again in the future.
Professional staff members and of course very friendly. I also appreciate the quality of their work and I do recommend Advanced Furnace Cleaning if anyone is looking to have their furnace cleaned.
