They did a fricking perfect job on the tile in our kitchen... my wife and I are literally blown away by the finished look of the floor and we couldn't be happier. Thank you guys so much for the prompt installation and for keeping us in the loop with everything that was going on through the whole process. I'll be getting the carpet in my basement done by Affinity as well! )

I had the pleasure of referring Affinity Flooring when my parents' basement flooded this summer and my mother was unhappy with the customer service she found at other flooring suppliers in the West End. I put her in touch with Sharmaine and the results could not have been better. Sharmaine took the time to educate her on what is available in the current market (my parents last bought carpet 10 years ago) and what could be comparable to their existing product. Sharmaine went above and beyond and found my mother a great carpet (which just hit the market) that she absolutely loved. Even found her a underlay she was looking for too. All in all my mother found Affinity Flooring very well priced with a great selection. Their staff was also profoundly knowledgeable and committed to outstanding customer service. I would recommend to anyone looking for a flooring supplier in Edmonton! Sharmaine - thanks for making me look good :)
