Unit 733 that was just on the road today... I filed a complaint against you for your supervisor to know about your obstruction of traffic and your offensively dangerous driving. Your behavior on the Henday was 100% unacceptable. It's not meant to be a place for social hour where you slow down to talk to your friend in another vehicle, dragging all traffic down to 80 and slower, then hit your brakes on purpose when the folks behind you have a right to honk because you're too busy waving at your friend in the lane next to you and not driving safely. It's a busy Sunday afternoon and you're in a company vehicle, making you identifiable. Perhaps consider that the next time you decide to cause unjustified frustration for others on the road. Very unprofessional!

Early for a 4:30am airport taxi pickup. The app was good for booking ahead of time and I received a text when a driver was on the way in the morning. Then given a live view of a map and where my driver was as he was on the way.
This was my first time using airport taxi service and it was after a long day of traveling. I’m so glad I went with these guys, my driver was friendly, professional and courteous. I would recommend and use these guys again.
My fiancee took a cab from one end of the Edmonton airport to another and the total trip was 8. Not only did the driver drive erratically, when my fiancee went to pay his fair, his card, which had funds, declined for some reason. The driver immediately started to talk down to my fiancee saying it was people like my fiancee that cost him money. My fiancee contacted his card people and the issue was resolved in under 10 minutes. The driver charged my fiancee an additional 30 for having to wait less than 10 minutes...even if the driver had kept the meter running it wouldn't have been that much of a fair. So for an 8 trip my fiancee had to pay 38 and deal with a rude and unsafe driver. Do not use this company if you can avoid it.
Yesterday I take a taxi from T4 to West edmonton Cab is very clean and driver 501 is very friendly I am going back T4 next week going to call 501 Best driver
