It's the best methadone clinic, in the city. It was the only one for years, and then, Panorama Clinic opened, and every for addict in the city, came crawling out of the woodwork. Then, Metro City Methadone Clinic opened, and their policies are ridiculous. If not, somewhat, illegal, I think.
