I am an out of town Land Lord and needed to fix a kitchen window for my tenants. I brought it to the shop and they said no problem - it would take 2 weeks from the manufacturing plant. When I explained my situation they said they would try to get it done in 2 days. I got a call less than 24-hours later! All ready for pick up. Excellent customer service Loren
Windows I got years ago, still haven't found a contractor willing to install them because of measurement errors. But when I showed their salesman the measurement errors, he effectively said too bad, you signed for them. Imagine that. You tell them you want to replace windows in your house. They come in to do the measurements, then manufacture them. Once a contractor goes to install them though, he finds that half the windows were made too big to fit in. You show the salesman his measurement errors. He acknowledges he measured wrong, but because you signed for them to manufacture those windows, it's your problem not theirs. Won't even replace them with correct size windows. Did not respond when I reported the errors to them in writing twice. Amongst the most untrustworthy businesses I've ever dealt with. IN RESPONSE TO OWNER'S RESPONSE: Do you agree to consider replacing the incorrectly measured windows with correct ones? If you do, I'll modify my review accordingly.
