From the customer service calls, letting me know when they are arriving, the texts to my phone, the complementary house walk through checking all my other taps/toilets ect.. to the after service care & follow up!! Samantha provided me with what felt like a luxury service for my plumbing needs. It felt more like a high end retail experience than it did a regular plumbing fix. Thank you Always Plumbing & Heating and Samantha for the white glove service and protecting my entire home in your one visit!! Dean came to our house to give us a second opinion after receiving a repair quote of 2,000-2,800 from reliance. After an hour and a quick board swap, we have a functioning furnace and we are so happy. The full repair was 518 and Dean taught us all about our furnace and what to look for in the future. Great work by Adrian. He replaced a gas line for us. Very knowledgeable and polite. Explained what he was doing every step of the way. Replaced the line, doubled checked for leaks then cleaned up like he wasn’t even here. Great experience, I look fort to using Always Plumbing and Heating again in the future.

I initially phoned Always Plumbing and Heating because my wife and I were moving and we had a leaky toilet issue (that I caused) a day before we had to vacate our old house. Chris showed up promptly and was extremely courteous and friendly. He diagnosed the problem quickly and then showed me the pricing in a clear, easy to understand way. He then fixed the problem in under half an hour. I was so relieved. Then, Chris delivered a drain product to our new house in Morinville, and volunteered to look at our drain (which was draining slowly). He didn't need to put in that extra effort but even tried to snake the drain as well! I was really appreciative of that willingness to check out something that he wasn't even called to do. Chris then came back again for a service call to snake out our drain today. Again, friendly, informative and professional. When he was finished I asked him about the furnace maintenance and he again offered to check the furnace even though that wasn't his original service call. He even let me see what he was doing and gave me a tutorial on the parts of the furnace. So helpful. I am really beyond impressed with this service and as far as I'm concerned I'm a loyal customer now based on these great experiences. THANK YOU Chris.
