I purchased a washing machine from Appliance All Service about 9 months ago. These are used appliances so I expected to find some indication that was the case. As they say, their machines are very clean and appear brand new, the only thing might be a cosmetic blemish that can't be repaired (dent, ding). Their showroom and warehouse is exactly the same, very clean and organized as well. I felt like I was at a family appliance business buying a floor model, not in some second-hand dealers repair shop. It was a breeze finding what I needed. All the models were nicely displayed. They showed me everything in their stock. I found their prices quite reasonable, especially for what I wanted. They picked up our old machine, replacing it with the new, quickly and efficiently. They also showed me what was likely my issue with our old machine (drainage issues). Helpful and considerate. Worth the cost. I thought their service in the showroom was great, with no hype. They let me poke around until I wanted help. I wouldn't hesitate to go back again if I needed a decently priced second hand appliance. This was all in the \time of COVID\ and all protocols were observed by everyone -which I was extremely pleased by. I'm a senior and appreciated their consideration.

We have used this business a 5 or 6 times over the past decade, and have always been pleased with the service and the products. Today our oven was repaired quickly and economically. It's important to me to repair before replace, and this company has the skills and the knowledge to make that a reality. I highly recommend.

I wanna post five stars...but can’t. If you can get past the old dragon lady they have working reception (I’ve worked all over the world—she, people is by far the grumpiest ole woman I’ve EVER met) and make you way to the back...in the back is where the 5 star people are. Once you get past the troll, you’re in really good hands. Go take a look if you’re in need a giggle courtesy of DL, or great help and advise IN THE BACK
