Appliance Unlimited charge money even though couldn't diagnose. At first company told if they could diagnose they will charge money, after that technician could not diagnose, still charged the money. Technician came to diagnose my oven range and and asked first for the credit card number. After that he told that control board was not working, he changed it and still it had same problem. That means control board was good. He became angry as he has to put it back. After that he told that rela was not working. He changed it but still not working. He could not diagnose what's wrong but still, the company charged the money. Even though the company told at first that I need to pay if they could diagnose. They take the credit card number first after that even though technician not diagnose at all still charge money.

They have terrible service. I wouldn’t even leave them 1 star if I could. My family hired them to diagnose what’s wrong with our stove. The technician not only couldn’t fix our stove, he ruined and threw away the parts that did work. In the end he gave up on trying to fix the stove and overcharged us for his services. They misinformed us about the payment options and now we are stuck with them sucking out money from our account without our consent. They only thing worse than the technician’s attitude towards us was the customer service’s. When we tried asking the customer service to help us out with this situation, they ended the call on us and charged us money. We are now stuck with a massive bill from this company that is unwarranted. We hope no else will invest with this company in the future.

now that they are retiring, they pulled all services - great that I bought from them within the past 6 months, and they failed to disclose that they would not support customers as they are closing down... Do not support Alex as he kicks his customers to the curb.

This is a review about EXCELLENT customer service. After a terrible experience with our GE Monogram 6-burner stove, Appliances Unlimited really stepped up to work with us and GE to not only get us a full refund, but to find us another brand that would meet our needs. We LOVE our new JennAir! Christie, one of the Appliances Unlimited service people, went above and beyond once again to ensure we were being taken care of. She is amazing! Alex, the owner, really came through on price point - thank you. This is what I truly value as a customer - service when buying is great, but service after buying is an anomaly these days; however it is alive and well at Appliances Unlimited. I am one satisfied customer that will continue to shop at Appliance Unlimited for all my appliance needs. A special shout out to Christie who really is an amazing asset to this company, and who has gone above and beyond for this customer when the easy thing to do would have been nothing. Thank you so much for making us feel valued and heard.

I almost didn't go here because one guy online wrote a bad review, but I'm glad I went anyways. Since discovering this store, it is the only store I will buy appliances from. I have bought appliances for 3 separate home from them now. Their prices are comparable to the big box stores, but what isn't? Their knowledge. They are hands and feet above the box store, more knowledgeable than any of these stores. They also carry a good supply of both economic and higher end appliances. Honest, knowledgeable and price competitive.

Walked in today and told the guy we were looking to buy appliances for a rental suite (full kitchen) plus 2 washer and dryer sets. He had some stuff that was decent and very comparable to some of the stuff that Sears was carrying for 100 more each. Then was showing us the Show Home, slightly damaged units which were priced very, very reasonably. He priced everything for us as a package and up to this point didn't feel anything was wrong. But, as we were discussing things, we decided to just go with the 2 washer and dryer sets. Talked to the guy and he immediately turned around and said, "No, I will not sell you just the washer and dryer." We were completely dumb-founded! I thought he was joking at first and bf asked, "You don't want our business?" and the sales guy turned right around and said , "Not that kind of business!" All I can say is, wow! If that's the type of service you get when he's trying to SELL you a product, the service you must get after you've bought from this guy must be absolutely hellish! I would NOT recommend buying from this guy. While he might know his stuff and have quality product, he DOES NOT HAVE ANY TYPE OF SERVICE!

Once again, after comparing with the competition, we enjoyed excellent service in a purchase from Charles at Appliances Unlimited and fully expect the delivery and installation of the product to be likewise. On top of that, their pricing was even better than two other major retailers! "Two thumbs up"!
