Had an acupuncture appointment last night with Richard. Excellent experience from start to finish. My days are hectic to say the least, however in Richards presence I was relaxed as I've ever been. A very Professional and knowledgeable person explaining every detail of where, why and how my body would react to every needle. I've al read booked my next 2 sessions.

Melissa is the best RMT I have ever been to. She is very accommodating to my body's unique needs (ex. props under my shoulders because of my large chest). Her massage is powerful but I don't feel like I'm being beat up during it. I can actually relax during the massage. I highly recommend her!
Shout out to the amazing practioners at Arnica Wellness. Recently, tried the acupuncture with Richard, it was excellent, I'm so much more rested. As well had one of my most top rated massages with Melissa, definitely going to book again.

I have been going to arnica wellness for massages and every time I have a very relaxing time. Heather is a professional and so amazing in what she does. She has some kind of magic in her hands. Moreover, the ambience of the clinic is very nice, loved the music and the fragrance of essential oils. All in all, a highly recommended place for getting massage services. While I am posting this review, I have booked another appointment for me. Yippiee :)
