Southern Man

We bought a trailer last spring from the north location and returned it to the south because it had a bent axle. The south location claim they inspected the trailer and the axle was fine. We know that we didn't damage anything on the trailer. We had it only one summer. They didn't want to talk about it much further. They offered some off the price of repair but I couldn't trust them when we didn't bend the axle. I filed a claim with bbb.org and arrkann didn't respond at all. They are not members of bbb and probably couldn't get in. I will get it repaired where I know the people and for less money. Will not deal with them again and will not recommend them to anyone.
