I had a great time shopping in Ashley. Me and my family went there to get just one chest but our sales representative was so nice that we ended up buying dresser for all our 3 bedrooms. Bikram was knowledgeable and was not pushy at all and didn't rush us in buying the products. We will definitely come again to buy our sectional. I would give 5 stars to the services provided by the sales Representative.

Well I thought I'd give Ashley's a second chance this year - I have always love their furniture. BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS APPALLING. I have been shoved from pillar to post - Guest Care can't help. Store managers can't help. My table came damaged on delivery. I IMMEDIATELY sent photos. They keep insisting a tech has to come and look. THERE IS A HOLE IN THE TABLE. I paid for a NEW table. Not a table with a hole in it. I asked for a 30 min window for the tech that they insisted have to come and look. I was told they'd provide a 30 min window of notice - I didn't get the notice, so I missed the tech as they won't wait 30 min for you to get home they'll only wait 15. It's been 2 months with a damage table and the next appointment isn't for another month. I am at a loss as to how Ashley's can charge me for a BRAND NEW TABLE and send me something damaged and not EXCHANGE the product. It's appalling.
Went to sit on a few couchs that we had seen online, and left with a new couch. Customer service was great, there wasn't any push for an up sale, other than the extended warranty (which I was getting regardless). The process was quick and simple.

We were interested in a couch we had found online. Booked an appointment to go in and see it. The sales lady called right away to confirm the appointment, discuss what we were looking so she could be prepared to help us to the best of her ability when we arrived. We went in, loved the couch and were lucky they had it in stock at their warehouse. We were able to pick up the very same day and had it set up for a family movie night within hours! Happy customers!
Very bad service, last year I spent more than 8,000 from Ashley( full 7 pieces king bed set, my kids bed, mattresses, 2 pieces section, and dinning table) last November I bought 2 nightstand for my kids and when I open the boxes one of them was damaged, from Nov 29th and just 2 days I called them to see when it will get replaced and the agent told me sorry its discontinued. I was waiting for almost 3 months. I feel sorry for all the money I spent with them. For sure I will not buy any thing in the future from Ashley.
I was looking for a specific couch that unfortunately was not on display. I had a great discussion with salesperson Virginia who was able to answer all my questions & helped ease the anxiety of ordering the sofa without actually seeing it. So after lots of thought, I went back & purchased the couch today. Virginia was fantastic to deal with! Thanks!
Garry was great to deal with - very helpful in providing information on the various couches I was interested in. And extremely patient as I came back several time a with my sister-in-law and husband before making my final decision. I would highly recommend checking out Ashley if you are thinking of updating your furniture! Great service and great prices!! Will definitely be back.
