Absolutely the worste experience i have even had with a buisness bought a new quad broken headlight in the crate asked them to replace it along with the dead battery out of the box aswell with no luck numerous emails and phone calls then the quad started falling apart with less than 250kms on it asked for some help ordering parts via phone and txt msg to owner 2 times with no luck i would much rather do buisness with an outfit that at least backs the products they sell and has some inisiative
