I absolutely love this place. They are so friendly and will help you out in a flash (if they are not backed up with other appointments) or in the case of emergency. They have gotten me out of a jam more than once and have always done it in a caring manner. They are very honest, genuinely care about the maintenance of your car and making sure that you are safe. I can't say enough about how great their customer service is and what they are able to do with your car. I highly recommend anyone and everyone to use Autotech West as their first stop to vehicle maintenance and repair.
Definitely recommend these guys. I went in today for block heater installation in my Honda CRV and the whole process went smooth. They offered me the best deal and provided a complementary car wash with it. I will be absolutely going back to this place for regular maintenance from now onwards. Jeff was friendly and patient with all the questions I asked. I strongly recommend them!!
Good service, reasonable prices. Went the extra mile to help get to the bottom of what I thought was an alignment issue, to find out it was the tires I have on. Then as we had just been there 2 weeks prior getting other work done, they didn't charge me a dime this time for the diagnosis! Thank you for caring about your customers!
