Be very aware of the guarantee and ask a lot of questions. Request a detailed written quote. I thought I asked all the right questions and the initial assessment convinced me that I needed the services. I wasn't aware that the fee is the same even if there was no skunks in the trap at then end of the time period. I'm only giving 2 stars because they left the traps for an extra day and deterrent was put out with no additional charge.

Please be sure to ask a lot of questions. We paid 350 to have these folks come and remove a birds nest from our business outside. He proceeded to tell us that it would be an additional 2500 and that the 350 was a \consulting fee\ (He showed up looked at the nest......visit was no more than 3-4 minutes) . Very dishonest and not upfront about costs.
