Jennifer is the best. Have Hearing Aids in both ears. Very thorough in her explanation and did not leave until I understood everything I needed to understand. Nice to hear with clarity now.

I had an initial positive experience with Jennifer and the office. The appointment went well and the earplugs that arrived were a good fit. However, when a few months later I called to replace them because they got lost in a backcountry hut, I was told that I would have to pay the full price (180), despite the fact that they already had the molds on file and simply had to reorder them from the provider. Given that there was surely a cost to the half-hour appointment with Jennifer which was now not needed, this frankly felt dishonest and left me feeling like they were taking advantage of me. If I am going to pay another 180 for earplugs, I will give my money to a company that is more concerned with the long-term satisfaction of its clients.

What a wonderful and transformative experience! If you've been considering hearing assistance, get yourself down to see Jennifer. I'm nearly a year into the experience and can't believe what a quality of life difference this is. Personally I went straight to the top Starkey Muse model, and having done that I don't understand all the people I know that don't use their hearing aids. My experience has been fantastic from both a comfort and hugely improved life experience. This helps me especially at work where it is vital, but also with my wife, and daughters that like many people can be NOT very understanding of the physical disability that hearing loss is ;-) My experience at work is truly transformational, it is just so much better than what my working life was like before! I'm also using the unit to connect to my cell phone which makes talking on the phone a snap now. At work we have so many teleconferences and large meeting rooms that I was afraid to meet in before, that are now a snap. This is a great relief to be able to operate properly in these large conference rooms and on all teleconferences I attend and coordinate. I also use the hearings aids for bird-watching or should I say bird-listening and the difference is beyond night and day! Basically I use these units all my waking day and evening and have no problems with comfort and only benefits to report.
