Thank You to Lauren Hunt for helping us pick the right flooring at the right price. Lauren came over and helped us color and product match, and gave us suggestions and ideas to update our older home. I found Lauren to be professional, artistic, creative and just a pleasure to deal with. Anthony, our installer did excellent work installing our plank tile flooring and carpet tiles. Anthony was organized, very respectful and did quality work. We are very happy with the finished appearance and quality of the product and workmanship. BFC Flooring will be our first choice for out future needs, We definitely recommend BFC Flooring.

We had carpet replaced with engineered hardwood on our main floor. I went to BFC Flooring as they did a good job installing cork in my basement studio years ago. I looked at a few other stores and BFC also had the best selection of product. This time I was pleased to meet Lauren Hunt, who was very personable and knowledgeable of the product lines. She was excellent to work with, very responsive and helpful. She came to the house and took accurate measurements, she made a point to call personally to discuss options when delivery was delayed out of their control (as opposed to emailing or texting). Her and the installers were excellent and also efficiently mitigated an unforeseen issue with the subfloor and kept the project right on track. The installers were experienced, friendly and delivered a professional, quality installation. I LOVE my new hardwood and will definitely call Lauren when we do the rest of the house!
We had gone to a few different flooring stores to receive quotes and advice on new carpet for our house, as we didn't have any experience buying new carpet. Most places showed us 1 or 2 options, and seemed very expensive. When we went to BFC we met Lauren, and she was very helpful showing us many options to choose from and giving advice. We ended up settling on a carpet that seemed to be quite a higher quality than what we were shown elsewhere, and the prices came in significantly cheaper than what we had previously been quoted. Turn around for installation was fairly quick, and the people who came to install did a good job and were quick and professional. I would recommend BFC to others for sure.
Lauren and Scott recently helped me with a renovation of my mother-in-law's apartment. They made things so much easier with their recommendations, accurate measurements and on-time installation. I would highly recommend them and they'll be my first call on my next flooring renovation!

We decided to stop at BFC as we were out carpet shopping. Lauren was super helpful and confidently steered us in the right direction. There was no pressure to purchase and we had time to research and ask more questions. When we were ready Lauren came to measure and our carpet was ordered. The carpet came when we expected and installation was scheduled shortly after. The entire process was seamless and we are really happy with the result.
