I absolutely love the bank of Montreal it has treated me well through the years but I really am having a very hard time with when they lock their doors at night and you cannot use the ATM machines To deposit cash! II have been to three branches and it’s 1030 at night and I’m not very happy it would be wonderful if you could list what branches locked her door at night so you cannot do a cash deposit Thank you Karen

My visit was fine. The only reason I came to this location was because I needed to activate a credit card. I was approached by a staff member right away but it took 20 minutes to get it activated. Not impressed with that. The bank location is newer and in the new Enbridge Tower. It is clean and well lit. Not sure why the put the public entrance and tellers on the second floor. Probably because there is a pedway coming over from Manulife Place. Anyways I won’t be coming back and I don’t have any accounts with BMO.

They never answer their phones, just get voicemail the last 3 days, even left a message but no one returned any of my calls. We have a business account with them and I going to move it to a better bank. This is the most frustrated bank to bank with.

Interesting new location in Enbridge Centre. The tellers are on the second level and the advisors are on the main level.

Don't answer their phones, and is under staffed.
