From out of town.. Sign on the window literally says “Problems? Check engine light, We can Help” but when we went in there. The lady in there was extremely rude and said we can’t help you but there is a sign on the door where it says they can help if the check engine light is on which is what was going on with you car. I’m very angry and disappointed in this business & i suggest not going there what so ever! WILL NOT HELP YOU. VERY RUDE. & may i also point out there’s a pandemic going on and none of them are wearing masks.

Stopped in ...asked about a product..was told...nope ..(don't sell) look over and there was the product I was looking for... girl was so rude...needless to say we went to Napa to make our purchase.
While I had the top of my engine apart, I noticed that my thermostat housing was leaking. I called many part stores to find and buy the part I needed. I needed the part urgently since I was leaving for work the following day and needed to put everything back into place before I left. I talked to Jonathan here and he went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me out. He even took my phone down and sent me pictures of the parts he found using his personal phone! No one had ever done that for me before and I use part stores all the time. Unfortunately I didn’t buy the part from here because they were missing one piece I needed and another store had the complete assembly. I thought the least I could do was give Jonathan an awesome review for his AMAZING customer service skills. Will definitely call these guys first next time I need something. What a great experience
Staff's here are the opposite of NAPA....very nice people to deal with
Did not sell internal engine parts, price of a gasket set for a 5.7 ltr gm was outrageous. 3 times the price of rockauto.
