I bought 2 big bags of garden mix and the second bag was contaminated with lumps of clay. I was put on hold for over an hour on the chat line so I gave up. Not happy at all.
Scale is handy! Lots of variety
The staff here have all been excellent, and friendly to deal with, over this difficult summer of Covid19. I have been here a great number of times over this period while working on my own large project, and they have been very helpful.
Great selection service but you need to deal directly with the store itself. The call centre is absolute garbage. I am a contractor who knows exactly what i am looking for every time I phone the call centre but they always talk to me as if I am 5 yrs old. Very rude and condescending. Also a good place to collect some Air Miles.
