We were having some issues with our furnace and furnace humidifier so gave Burns Brothers a call. Leon came out, troubleshooted the issues and promptly fixed them. Very knowledgeable and professional level of service. Leon explained things along the way too so that we know what to look out for in the future. We will definitely be calling him again for any future heating and cooling needs.

Burns Brothers installed a new furnace in my crawl space in November and I am very impressed with the service and professionalism of this company. Leon and his staff were professional and personable. Not only did Leon give me a competitive quote, the bill came in under the quoted value. Having an older home, I have had many trades in and out of my house. Because I get many quotes and do my research I am generally satisfied but I am pleased to say that Burns Brothers went well above and beyond my expectations. Though I clearly do not have a background in heating and cooling, Leon took the time to explain systems and options and treated me as though I am intelligent. He was amazing! Super thorough. Awesome with the madness of little kids running around and patient with all of their many questions. He even let my daughter help bit. Highly recommend. He was knowledgeable and had fair prices. He took his time and did a way better job than the big company we had do it last time. He even washed our air return grate. Cannot express enough how happy we are.

100% would recommend to anyone in need of heating/cooling services. A motor blew in one of our furnaces and these guys were able to stop by within the day, diagnose the issue, source out the parts, repair within the same day, and did not cost an arm and a leg. They were thorough with their work, even did a final run through/inspection before leaving our house. Thank you again for saving the day!!

A few days before Christmas my hot water heater sprung a leak and partially flooded the utility room. The thought of tracking down and hauling home a new tank and then finding someone to come 20 minutes outside of the city to install it almost ruined my day. I called Leon at Burns Brothers and he instructed me on how to properly safely shut down and drain the tank so it wouldn’t do any damage. He was able to take the specs and look at pictures of my set up. He was able to almost immediately work me in and with his installer they brought out and installed a new direct vent hot water tank. The install was fast, everything was cleaned up and the old tank was taken away. I would highly recommend him and will call him the next time I need service or replacements.
